PCS Homes Ranks as one of the Top 400 Builders
07.01.07
PCS Homes ranks as one of the Professional Builder magazine’s top 400 homebuilders in the country in 2007.
Every year Professional Builder identifies the 400 largest builders based on the number of homes closed in the previous year then these builders are sorted by housing revenues, which determines the actual ranking for these companies.
“We are honored to be listed as one of the homebuilders ranked by Professional Builder,” said Jim Thomasson, Jr., President of PCS Homes. “We are continuously growing as a company and more people are realizing the quality and value that PCS Homes represents. We will strive to continue increasing in this ranking annually.”
PCS Homes closed 303 homes in the mid-Atlantic region in 2006 with a total housing revenue of $52 million.
The Thomasson family, whom own and operate PCS Homes, have been building homes since 1970. More than thirty five years later, PCS Homes is one of the area’s most recognized names in new home construction, with thousands of homes built in communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Professional Builder is the preferred national publication of new residential homebuilders and their architects. It is widely read and respected within the industry, from project managers to CEOs. Professional Builder is published by Reed Business Information, the largest business-to-business publisher in the U.S and a member of the Reed Elsevier Group.
