At PCS Homes, we want you to rest assured knowing that your home has been built by our experienced trade contractors with quality materials. As part of our commitment to you, PCS Homes warrants your home to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of your closing. We also provide a Ten-Year Structural Warranty against any major structural defect to give you additional reassurance.
Within your warranty term, we provide you with two warranty service visits. The goal of these visits is to ensure that all of your warranty needs are addressed for any repairs outside of normal maintenance.
The service visits occur 90 days and one year after you have closed on your new home. We would like you to schedule a warranty visit to take the opportunity to correct items that require attention. To do this, please fill out the warranty service request form and return the request to our office as soon as possible via mail, fax, or email. Upon the receipt of your written request, we will contact you to set up an appointment to view the items in need of repair and answer any questions you may have.
Before completing the service request form, we suggest that you first consult your Quality Builders Warranty handbook for information about your coverage.

90 day and Year-End Limitations and Exclusions
The Quality Builders Warranty is in addition to any warranty provided to you by a manufacturer of a product installed in your home.
The Quality Builders Warranty shall not apply to any defect, loss or damage caused or contributed to:
The negligence of anyone besides PCS Homes and its employees or subcontractors.
Changes or alterations to your home by anyone other than PCS Homes and its employees or subcontractors.
Changes or alterations in grading and drainage around your home by anyone other than PCS Homes and its employees or subcontractors.
Lack of proper maintenance, normal deterioration and wear and tear.
Acts of God and extreme weather, including but not limited to, fire, lightning, hurricanes, tornadoes, windstorms, hail, floods, mud slides, earthquakes, and wind-driven water (unless PCS Homes has failed to comply with applicable building codes, in which event the Quality Builders Warranty shall apply).
The Quality Builders Warranty applies only to your home. It does not extend to claims for consequential damages or bodily injury or to damage to personal property and/or legal fees.
Except as set forth above and in connection with Quality Builders Warranty, PCS Homes makes no other warranties, express or implied.

The Ten-Year Limited Structural Warranty covers only the load-bearing elements of your home as defined in the Quality Builders Warranty manual. The Structural Warranty does not cover non-load-bearing walls, drywall, flooring, roofing, nor does it cover plumbing, electrical or mechanical systems. The Structural Warranty does not apply to outbuildings, or structures such as swimming pools, driveways, walkways, patios, decks, walls, fences, or landscaping.
The obligations of PCS Homes under the Ten-Year Limited Structural Warranty are limited to the final sales price of your home. The repair of Major Structural Defect is limited to repair damage to the load-bearing portions of your home which is necessary to restore load-bearing function. PCS Homes is entitled to repair such damage or pay you the fair value of repair costs.
